Encounters believe passionately in the transformative power of the arts to improve health and well being and we bring the value of creative processes to a wide variety of participants. An ethos of listening, involving and responding are embedded in all our projects. Building on the success of Ageing Well creative consultation for TCDT we have been working strategically with Torbay Culture board to: establish the Torbay Arts and Culture Network as a front door for commissioners (read the brochure), broker a male suicide prevention project with public health, deliver an arts and culture on referral scoping report. We are currently working with the Culture board and the Torbay Arts and Culture network to setting up a programme of test and learn prototypes for 2017- 2018.
